With experience in non-profits, education, start ups, hospitals, and large global tech, Ian has partnered with diverse audiences to build stronger teams, better learning outcomes, and more efficient ways of working. Before co-founding Collabic, he spent the last eight years at Meta. As an Executive of Leader Development, Ian led the team working directly with our most senior tech leadership and had influence with leaders leading 55,000 employees globally. An “HR and engineer whisperer,” Ian built strong partnerships across all aspects of the business and coached leaders and teams to do their best work in Privacy, AI, Reality Labs, FB App, Instagram, Research, Infrastructure, and the Data Centers.
Notable Meta work includes working with the VP-level product leadership team to clarify mission and values with a focus on product investment. Partnered with C-suite leaders in company-critical areas developing DEI programming, executive coaching, and team interventions.
