With over a decade of experience inside companies and as a consultant, Ari blends behavioral science, facilitation, and deep organizational insight. Her work spans big tech (Meta, Salesforce, Uber) and high-growth startups (One Kings Lane, LogicMonitor), where she partners across functions to drive alignment in cross-functional, AI-influenced environments. A challenger and trusted thinking partner, she brings precision and care, helping leaders navigate inflection points and lead through ambiguity. Her superpower: seeing and naming the dynamics that keep individuals and teams stuck and helping them shift.
